The second course will consist of tactical and staff duties exercises, reconnaisance, occupation and organisation of defensive positions, counter-' attack, withdrawal and moves .by motor transport and rail with approach marches. NARROW NECK COURSE

Thirty-five staff officers from various parts of New Zealand commenced a centralised course at Narrow Neck. The instruction will be continued for about three weeks.
