Buildings at Papakura <-1 . ’ - ’ / . Large-scale building operations are still proceeding at the Papakura mobilisation camp. The latest units to join the rapidly growing centre are a workshop and garage for the use of motor transport, contracts for both of which have been let and the work started. The workshop will be at the rear corner of the administration block and will be fully equipped to deal with the expanding fleet of motorised transport with which the camp is furnished. The garage, a huge structure 400 ft. long, will be to the south of the workshops, with ample accommodaton for all requirements.
