Enemy Language
Ribbentrop refused to speak English to Sumner Welles because it is “an enemy language.” . It appears that he has vowed that he will not use English until the war is over. That’s O.K. with us. ■ Even then he won’t need to use it much. ' The word “guilty” will suffice.
