Advice that her son, Pilot Officer Robert Tan Bernard, recently posted as missing, was a prisoner of war in Germany was received today from the Air Ministry by Mrs. G. Tile, Remuera. The. cable stated that information to this effect had been received by the Air Ministry from the International Red Cross Society.
