NEW PROCEDURE
OFFICERS AND N.C.O.’S. The appointment of officers and noncommissioned officers to the 4th reinforcements, the training of which will be carried out -by the training battalion, will be made from men now serving, it was stated at Northern Military District headquarters recently. Officers will be drawn from the advanced training school at Trentham and non-commissioned officers will be selected from the Third Echelon.
