CHORUS „(1) I’ve thrown my Sue up, I’m through with two-up, I’ve given bein’ blue up, Since the day I pinned sweet you up, Think what you’ve done, My chin-up, pin-up girl. (Don’t think I’m tBORPO.) I’ve given care up, The urge to swear .up, All photographs I tear up, And I never want to pair up With anyone, But my chin-up, pin-up girl. Now the guys next doo Arc- a trifle sore, Betty Grable’s their ideal, Just across the way Pi?iah S. ■ re holds sway, Still the boys know how I feel. I’d take a dare for The girl I’m square for, The one I've got a flair for, Every night I say a prayer for My priceless pearl, My chin-up, pin-up girl.
CH ORUS_( 2 )
I l vc given fun up, - No deb to I run up, yrcm Lights Out through to Sun-up, Always dreaming of the one up Above my cot, My chin-up, pin-up girl. (Believe me honey.) I’ve given sin up, ' Aid drinking gin up, I’m saving all my tin up, And I’m staking all I win up, The whole darn lot On my chin-up, pin-up. In my little tent All my time is spent Gazing in your eyes of blue. Please believe me dear I am so sincere When I whisper, “I love you.” It’s you I sigh to, And sometimes cry to, It’s you I want to fly to Fever, never cay ”Good-bye” to My priceless pearl, My chin-up, pin-up girl.
