L.T.L. DEPARTMENT OF W.C.T.U.
The Dominion Superintendent of the L.T.L. Dept, Mrs A. Kasper, M.8.E., writes from Perth, Western Australia, where she has attended the Australian W.C.T.U. Convention: Dear Sifters, Once agam we arc nearing the end of the year and I wish to make a strong appeal for our Unions to do something about forming an L.T.L. in their locality. I have been privileged to be able to address several groups of these young people, and I know that the young people's work is of great importance to nir organisation. Sisters, about 2,000 years ago, Jesus took a little child and set it in the midst of an adult company am said, "Of such is the Kingdom of Heaven." I ;,ir afraid that we have ignored the emphasis and instruction of the Master, but we cannot affoid to neglect the social importance of Child Life, today's children are trained, tomorrow's citizens are determined. I trust yon will gather even a few children in a home and if you make the effort, I Unow it will bring you much joy. Yours, for the Children,
Amy Kasper (Dom. Supt )
