School of Methods Department. Dear Comrades, — Once again I have been appointed Dominion Superintendent for this important department. Will you please help me make this department a live one by organising “Study Groups” and a "School of Methods” at least once a year ? Officers arc so frequently changed that Unions need to he training leaders constantly.
