It has held an International Financial Conference of 35 Nations at Rru ssels. t>. It has appointed a Commission and drawn up a Draft Treaty for the Limitation of Armaments. 7. It has established International legislation for suppression of White Slave Traffic and the Protection of Women and Children. 8. It has established Legislation for the Control of Opium and Noxious I Tugs. 9. It has established a Labour Bureau, composed of Capital. Labour, and (lovernments. la. It has Established a Health Or ganisation.
11. It lias established a compulsory Registration of all Treaties at Geneva; 200 have alreaady been Registered. 12. It has established an International Court of Justice at the Hague. 13. It has prevented War by settling disputes between Sweden and Finland. 11 It has stayed Hostilities between Poland and Lithuania. 15 Also between Serbia and Albania. id It has settled a possible dispute between England and France in l’pper Silesia.
