Napier might so develop that a yery ; vigorous parish might grow up and k worthy Church be,. erected on the. same . section. The section had been sold to the parish by Mr W. Nelson for the nominal sum of five shillings, strict cash, and the cost of the building was £1209, of which £500 was still a debt. The room will be known as St. Luke's Church Boom. :
