The Hawke's Bay Clerical Society, is now haying monthly meetings,: ,the ; average attendance , being about a dozen. The subject, for the meeting , wa^s. Theosdphy . The Dean gave a resume of Miss. McNeile's book, showing how she found it impossible^ to be a theosophist and Church /woman at the same time. A usefiy. discussion followed m which all tooM part. The conclusion arrived at war/that the best way of fconibating tlfe teaching of this cult is ; to
