A committee meeting was held oil June Bth, 1916, to consider an appeal sent out from England to help m providing lodgings, etc., for the "girl munition workers." It was decided to send a contribution of „£.20 from the Diocesan Fund (Xl 6 private subscriptions has also been added, together with a sum of £5 from S. Augustine's Branch). The money collected at the Intercessions! Services on June 22nd, m Napier, was decided to be given to the Soldiers' Church Institute, at Rotorua.
