KILL THE DJS

Is it just me, or is 95bFM crumbling under the weight of DJs yearning for

some kind of celebrity status, who are more in love with the sound of their own voice, instead of making the most of an opportunity to blow listeners’ minds with magic new music? As long as the Lush and Havoc clones continue to (ab)use bFM as an avenue to boost their own egos, we, the seemingly forgotten listeners, will continue to switch off. If bFM

wants to raise itself out of the stagnant rut it currently resides in, the music needs to regain pride of place over the mindless ramblings of mediocre talents (Wendy Adams et al), operating under the misguided notion that playing records makes them interesting. Erstwhile bFM Devotee, Auckland.
