MISSING FRIENDS.

Missing since the beginning of last January from Dunedin, Solomon Charman, a miner, 24 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches high, brown curly hair, fresh complexion, left his wife Mary at Mrs. Barnes’, Ballarat Boarding House, Dunedin, who is very anxious to hear any tidings of him.

Every enquiry is to be made for the whereabouts orPatrick Daughton and a man named „ ~ Manly, a witness, who are to be informed that James Hayes, Thomas Ryan, and Michael Britt, are in custody in Victoria, charged with violently assaulting Daughton at the Upper Goulbourn Diggings. He is about 40 years of age, sft. 9in. high, fresh complexion, very red whiskers and beard, and worn appearance. — : Manly, an Irishman, about 35 years old, sft. lOin. high, stout build, sandy hair and whiskers.

Information is earnestly requested respecting Richard Rundell, a blacksmith, who left Launceston in October, 1861, and wrote to his wife from the Dunstan about fourteen months ago, who is most anxio us to hear of his safety.
