Craigie, one of the candidates for Timaru, sprang a surprise on his constituents by declaring himself definitely in favor of a Referendum on the Bible-in-Schools League’s scheme. It remains to be seen whether or not the constituency will not now spring a surprise on Mr, Craigie. ,'.
