DIOCESE OF DUNEDIN

A collection for the Seminary Fund will be made on Sunday in every church throughout the diocese where a priest officiates. Mr. M. J. A. McKeefry, of the Dunedin Land and Deeds Offide, and son of Sergeant McKeefry, has received notification that he has passed the first section of the LL.B. degree. Mrs. Jackson, president of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, is anxious to find a home town or country for a couple of children, who have been handed over to the charge of the society. There.was Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at St. Joseph’s Cathedral on Sunday, from the 11 o’clock Mass until after Vespers. In the evening there was the usual procession followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. The tickets for the grand Irish natiftnal concert, which is to be held in the Garrison Hall on St. Patrick’s Night, have been distributed. The concert promises to be a very fine one, as the services of some of the best local talent have been secured.
