OBITUARY

MRS. HOLT, CLYDE. We regret to chronicle the death of the wife of Mr James Holt, and eldest dangnter of Mr C. F. Faisandier, of Clyde, who died on the 19th April, aged 36. The respeot in which the deceased was held was evinced by the large number who were present at the Requiem Mass on the morning of the funeral, also by the numbers who attended the funeral. Mrs Holt was a member of the Altar Society, and took a very active interest in affairs of the Church. In the course of an address, delivered previous to the funeral, Father Hunt remarked, inter alia, that it waa a source of consolation both to her relatives and to himself to know that the end of a good life was a holy and edifying death, and exhorted his hearerß to take her as a model. — R.I.P.
