(From our own correspondent,) September 8. The return cribbage and euchre match between the Oddfellows and Hibernianß took place in St. Patrick's schoolroom on Monday, September 2. The Oddfellows, who came up with a strong team, proved too good for their opponents, winning by four games, the scores being — Oddfellows 28 games, Hibernians 24. The Rev. Father Regnault, on behalf of the Hibernians, thanked the Oddfellows for attending and hoped that they would soon meet again. Bro. J. Smith suitably responded on behalf of the Oddfellows. It was decided that another match take place in the Oddfellows' Hall on Monday, September 15, in order to conclude the season. Before dispersing light refreshments were handed round, winding up a very enjoyable evening. There was Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament yesterday from 11 o'clock Maßi until the evening devotions.
