Best rendered, 16s to 17a 6d : medium, 13s 6d to 15s 6d ; rough fat, 11s to 12a 6d per cwt.

London, January 5. — Wool— About 4000 bales have been sold pince November sales at hardening rates. The demand is steadily improving. There are good prospects for the opening sales on the loth. The second series will open on the 12th March, and will be limited to 200,000 bales. The third series, on the 13th April, will be limited to a quarter of a million bales. Bradford wool ia very firm.
