LAND ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

jLHE following areas of land hava been opened by the Government for sale under deferred payments in Otago at a price of 2s 6d per acre per annum fur ten years. 5000 acres of land are at Waipahee ; applications for all the land situated south of the Wuipahec River must be made at Dunedin; and for that north, of the Waipahee ltfver at Invereargill. The part surveyed is divided into sections of from 60 to Ji acres ; the unsurvcyed portion may be applied for io sections not exceeding 200 acres. s>63<J acres of land near Tapauui - r applicatons must be made at the District Land OfSee, Lawrence. The sections are from 70 to 140 acres each.
