Auckland. — Frank Cartmill, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 745.)

Auckland. — Henry Williamson, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1942, page 561), died in the Public Hospital, Christchurch, on the 26th August last.

Auckland. John Scott, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Parnell police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 679.)

Hamilton. — George Duncan, failing to report for military service, has been arrested by the Newton police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 310.)

Hamilton. — Richard Sullivan, alias Davis, unlawfully assuming name, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 405.)

Hamilton.— William L. Guillemot, alias William Louis Guillamot, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Blenheim police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 746.)

Tauranga. Arthur Jones, in possession of liquor in vicinity of dance-hall: Information withdrawn. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 140.)

Taumarunui.— Williams, alias Jimmy Tamata Tukaiora, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Newton police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 480.)

Napier.-— Thomas Troy, found on licensed premises during prohibited hours, has been served with the summons by the Picton police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 444.)

Hastings. Charles Henry James Russ, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 720.)

Bulls. — Dan Poyaka, alias Potaka, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 718.)

Petone. — Raymond Clifford Tonkin, missing, has been located at Featherston. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 631.)

Wellington.— Lawrence McQuoid, deserting from Army Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 140.)

Wellington. William Stanley Davies, failing to report for military service, has been arrested by the Lower Hutt police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 570.)

Wellington.— Jack Anderson, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Wellington South police. He is identical with James Henderson, referred to in Police Gazette, 1942, page 732. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 774, and 1942, page 463.)

Wellington. — Ruben Glanville Roberts, absent from Army, has been arrested by the Mount Cook (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 789.)

Wellington.— W. Neal, deserting ship, has been arrested by the Auckland police. He assumed the name Joseph Springfield, but his correct name is William Leonard Neal. , (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 60.)
