Cd. arrears on a maintenance order for the support of his wife, Annie Macintosh, Francis Andrew Macintosh, alias .Wilson, age thirty-eight, freight 5 ft. 7 in.,' mechanic, native of New Zealand, stout build, dark complexion, curly dark hair going bald, brown eyes, mole on one cheek ; usually dressed in a blue suit and tan shoes. He may be released on payment of £99 17s. 6d.

Nelson. — 12th instant, on warrant of commitment to Wellington Prison for two months in default of paying £7 2s. arrears on a maintenance order for the support of his wife, Iris Lorraine Brougham, John Graham Brougham, age twenty-six, height 5 ft. 8 in. 7” transport-driver, native of New Zealand, medium build, fresh complexion, light-brown hair, grey eyes, scar on base of right thumb.

Christchurch. —15th instant, that he may be located and interviewed regarding his having supplied false information in his application for enrolment in the General Reserve, Godfrey Keith Weir, referred to in Police Gazette, 1941, pageTfS. He stated that he married Joyce Allison at North Sydney (Australia) on the 6th September, 1940, and that a son was born on the 16th November, 1940, whereas in fact he married Francis Mary Reid at Christchurch on the 6th September, 1940, and a son of that marriage was born there on the 10th November, 1940. . Timaru. On or about the Ist August last, that he may be located and interviewed regarding the theft of two blankets and four sheets (recovered), value £3 7s. 6d., the property of James Earl Home, proprietor, Railway Private Hotel, William , Robert Stanley, referred to in Police Gazette, 1941, page 898. 'He stayed at the hotel mentioned, but owing to his drunken condition he was ejected on the 2nd August last, after which it was discovered that the property described had been stolen, and on the following day the blankets, &c., were recovered from a second-hand dealer to whom they had been sold by a man of suspect’s description who gave the name W. Osborne,
