PROPERTY RECOVERED.
Wanganui.— WlLLlAM ERNEST DOUGLAS BISHOP’S bicycle has been recovered by the Aramoho police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 853.)
Foxton.— MARGARET MCCARTHY’S bicycle has been found, not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 853.)
Masterton. ADA ELIZA BYFORD’S ring and watch have been recovered in the hall of her dwelling on the 19th ultimo, presumably placed there by some person unknown. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 119.)
LESLIE JOSEPH SEQUE’S overcoat, &c., have been recovered by the Dunedin police, and the offender charged. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 808.)
