Auckland. — George Wilfred Fenney, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 629.)
Auckland. — Richard Marsden Johnson, convicted of theft (see Police Gazette, 1938, page 695) : He. is not prohibited, and all copies of the Police Gazette are to be amended accordingly.
Auckland. —Francis John Peckham, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 701.)
Auckland. John Anthony Crawford, false pretences, has been interviewed by the Wellington police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 719.)
Gisborne. — Leonard Naylor, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 689.)
Gisborne. — Charles Hollywood McGee, failing to maintain Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 689.)
Taumarunui. — William Charles Lane, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Raetihi police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 601.)
New Plymouth. — Alfred Langsford, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 659.)
Hastings. Joseph Crawford Stewart, alias Thomas, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Takapau police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, pages 73 and 289.)
Foxton. — Jeffrey Corbett, theft, has been arrested by the Wellington police, and he has admitted the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 689.)
Masterton.— Clifford James Burling, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Taradale police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 549.)
Lower Hutt. — Philip Cyril Otto, default of fines and costs has paid portion of the amount, and the warrants have been returned to Court. (Sec Police Gazette, 1938, page 504.) /uuM/ i
Wellington. Peter Stanley Cottingham, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 660.)
Wellington. — Victor Frederick Weaver, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Taranaki Street (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 644.)
Blenheim. — John Taylor McDougall, alias John McDonald, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1937, page 488) : He died at Auckland on the 7th instant.
Christchurch. Leslie Gordon’s bicycle stolen : Jeffrey Corbett has been arrested by the Wellington police, and he has admitted the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 618.)
Christchurch. William John Thomas Whalley, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. He assumed the name William SturrOCk. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 344.)
Christchurch. — Thomas Warren Forrester, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 270.)
Dunedin. Allan Trevor Oldham Spinks, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1938, page 234) : He was drowned in the Shag River, Palmerston, on the 11th instant.
