APPREHENSIONS, PERSONS FOUND, ETC.

Maungaturoto. —James Lynch, suspected of theft, has been charged with offence by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 293.)

Auckland. — Robert Peapke, alias Robert Ambrose Paepker, failing to provide, has been arrested by the Waihi police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 613.)

Auckland. Innes Norman MacKenzie, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 535.)

Mercer. Charlie Maxwell, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Papakura police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 506.)

Morrinsville. —William John Marriott, theft, has been arrested by the Matamata police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 613.)

Tauranga. —Frederick Owen Murch, alias Fred Dale, suspected of theft, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, pages 110 and 275.)

Gisborne. —Kathleen Maud Jane, missing, has been found drowned in Gisborne Harbour. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 569.)

New Plymouth.- Willis, theft, has been arrested by the Wellington police. He is identical with Frederick Owen Murch. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 337.)

New Plymouth.— Frederick Owen Murch, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Wellington police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 443.)

New Plymouth. — Willis, suspected of theft, has been arrested by the Wellington police. He is identical with Frederick Owen Murch. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 339.)

Ohakune.— Martin Unkovich, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Whangarei police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 566.)

Wanganui.— Colin Alfred Smith, alias Alfred Colin Smith, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Ashburton police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 566.)

Levin.— Desmond Halliday, escaping from State Institution, has been arrested by the Taumarunui police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 538.)

Wellington.— Albert Henry O’Malley, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Te Kuiti police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 550.)

Wellington.— R. Frazer, alias Roy Collins, breaking, entering, and theft, has been arrested by the Wellington police. He is identical with Frederick Owen Murch. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 482.) V
