Lyttelton.— Since the 31st March last, Thomas Edward Lionel Kelly, age twenty-six, height 5 ft. 9 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, small moustache, scar on forehead; dressed in old working clothes and khaki tunic; well educated, talkative, and keenly interested in St. John Ambulance work ; frequents hotels; becomes eccentric at times owing to his having had an injury-to hisjxead .
