Auckland.— Charles Insiey, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 389.)

t Auckland. IVlaxwell Ernest Butler, breach of probation : No further action to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 377.)

Auckland. Thomas Stanley Nightingale, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Napier police. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 427.)

Auckland. Leslie Alfred John Walters, false pretences, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. He assumed the name P. J. McGardie. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 361.)

Auckland.— Lawrence Bowler, alias Thomas Woods, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Stratford police. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 361.)

Auckland.— Henry Theodore Spencer, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 307.)

Lyttelton. Mavis Elizabeth Cope’s ring stolen : William Marne Clark has been charged with offence by the Christchurch police. The ring has not been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 247.)
