Sentence varied.
Wellington. — the 31st ultimo, at a rehearing of the charge of which Leonard Godfrey Lawrie was convicted, vide Police Gazette, 1931, page 121, the sentence was altered to read, “ suspension of motor-driver’s license should have effect until 31st May, 1932, and no longer.” All copies of the Police Gazette are to be amended accordingly.
