St. Albans.- Since the sth ultimo, Cecil Harry Harker, age sixteen, height 5 ft. 10 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, fair freckled complexion, fair hair, half-circle-shaped scar on right temple, gold-filling in front upper teeth ; slightly stooped ; short gait; good appearance ; dressed in a plumcoloured suit, fawn hat, and light socks.
