ABSCONDERS FROM AN INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL.
Taradale. 23rd September last, from the licensed service of William McDonald, dairy-farmer, Meeanee, Hayden Lourie, age about fifteen, height 5 ft. 8 in., farm hand, native of New Zealand, medium build, fresh complexion, dark-brown hair ; dressed in a grey suit and cap ; weak voice. He was licensed out from Napier Receiving Home., _
Kurow. —29th September last, for absconding from the special school at Otekaike, Charles Zachan, age sixteen, 'hCfght'XbouFinirSThrrbootiiiakerlinct labourer, good build, fresh complexion, curly fair hair, blue eyes, left arm shorter than right; dressed in dark-tweed knickers, dark-tweed Norfolk coat, black stockings with fancy tops, and black lace-up boots. His parents reside at Napier : and Percy Henry Greenhelgh, age nineteen, height 5 ft. 2 in., bootmaker
and labourer, slight build, fresh complexion, dark-brown hair; dressed in brown-tweed knickers, dark-tweed Norfolk coat, black stockings with fancy tops, black lace-up boots, and check cap. His parents reside at Dunedin.
