PROPERTY RECOVERED.
Auckland. —EDWIN SAYES’S motor-car has been recovered by the Auckland police, and John Buckley, alias Herbert Leslie Buckley, referred to in Photographs, 1919, page 27, arrested for the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 402.)
Kaikoura. —JAMES WALTERS’S mare and cover have been recovered: not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 402.)
Christchurch.— PAßAMOUNT TAILORING COMPANY’S premises broken into : Most of the stolen property has been recovered, and John Griffiths arrested for the offence by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 369.)
