ABSCONDERS FROM INDUSTRIAL SCHOOLS.
Pahiatua.— 6th instant, from the licensed service of J. D. Piper, farmer, Surreydale, John Baxter, age seventeen, height about 5 ft. 6 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, pale freckled complexion, ginger hair ; usually dressed in a tweed suit and cap. He was licensed out from Weraroa Industrial School. (See Property stolen, this issue.)
Levin. —18th ultimo, from Weraroa Training Farm, David Cowley Flanagan, age fourteen, height about 5 ft. 3 in., farm labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, dark complexion, dark-brown hair and eyes; dressed in dark-tweed shorts, blue coat, fanoy leather belt, and black lace-up boots.
