From H. M.B. “ Encounter. ’ ’ Sydney. John Thomas Clark, age twenty-one, height 5 ft. 5 in., private R.M.L.1., native of London, England, dark - brown hair, grey eyes, fresh complexion. Deserted Bth ultimo. A reward not exceeding £3 will be paid for his apprehension.
From H.M.S. “ Pyramus.’’ Brisbane. Frederick C. Miller, age twenty-one, height 5 ft. 6£ in., stoker, native of Tasmania, brown hair, grey eyes, dark complexion, scar on right little finger. Deserted 6th ultimo. Percy Archer Stansfield, age twenty-four, height 5 ft. 6f in., stoker, native of Tasmania, dark hair, dark-brown eyes, ruddy complexion. Deserted 6th ultimo. Cyril Vivian Partridge, age twenty-one, height 5 ft. 6£ in.* stoker, native of Tasmania, brown hair, grey eyes, dark complexion, sear on nose. Deserted 6th ultimo. Matthew McDonald, age twenty-one, height 5 ft. 7 in,, A. 8., native of New South Wales, dark-brown hair, hazel eyes, fresh complexion. Deserted 11th ultimo. George Savage, age twenty-eight, height 5 ft. 5 in., A. 8., native of New South Wales, light-brown hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, birthmark on left ankle. Deserted 11th ultimo. A reward not exceeding £3 will be paid for the apprehension of each.
