A reward of £3 is offered for the arrest of each.
Breaking out of H.M.S. “ Challenger.'’ On Ist October, 1909. Wellington. Thomas Coakley, age thirty-two, height 5 ft. 9 in., leading seaman, native of Ireland, light hair, blue eyes, fair complexion. A reward of £3 will be paid for his apprehension.
From H.M.S. “ Penguin.” On 3rd December, 1909.
Sydney.— Charles R. Holt, age twenty-seven, height sft. 7 in., A. 8., light-brown hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, rings tattooed on third and fourth left fingers. Thomas Tarr, age twenty-two, height 5 ft. 5 in., A. 8., light-brown hair, hazel eyes, fresh complexion, native of England, three dots on left forearm. Thomas Cook, age twenty-two, height 5 ft. 7 in., stoker, native of London, dark-brown hair, grey eyes, fresh complexion, scar on left upper arm and right shin. William George Ash, age twenty-four, height 5 ft. 7Jin., native of England, stoker, dark-brown hair, hazel, eyes, fresh complexion, scar on right groin. A reward not exceeding £3 will be paid for the apprehension of each.

Fremantle. William Hosking, age twenty-five, height 5 ft. 7 in., first-class officers’ steward, native of England, brown hair, brown fresh oomplexion. Deserted 26th November last. A reward not exceeding £3 will be paid for his arrest.
