INQUIRIES, ETC., FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.
Sydney.—A warrant has been issued by the Kempsey Bench for the arrest of Sydney Herbert Ralph, charged with disobeying a Magisterial order for the support of his wife (£3 due). He is thirty-eight years of age, sft. Bin. high, strong build, dark complexion, hair, and moustache, slightly bald, two lumps on top of head as large as pigeon’s eggs; usually wears grey clothes and grey soft-felt hat; a carpenter. Last beard of in Sydney, and may endeavour to leave for New Zealand. Identical with offender same name. (See New South Wales Police Gazette, 1909, pages 108, 136, and 244.)
