Auckland.— Thomas Herbert Rathbone, disobeying maintenance <nder, has been arrested by Sergeant Hendry, Auckland police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 439.) v

Dargaville. Charles Kennard, theft, has been arrested by Constable A. McDonnell, Aratapu police, on information supplied by Constable S. Thompson, Dargaville police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 311.)

Paeroa. — J. W. Harrison, theft of a bicycle from J. and H. Harp, has been arrested by Acting-Detective A. Andrews, Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1908, pages 420 and 439.) He is identical with John George Edward Harris, alias George Mitchell. (See Police Gazette, 1908, pages 34, 103, 337, and 338.) \

Wairoa. — Rii Karauria, default of fine, has paid the amount due to Constable T. O’Grarcly, Hastings police. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 363.) y

New Plymouth. — Archibald John McNeill, alias Cameron, alias Fenton, has been arrested by 7 Detective A. Cameron and Constable Hodgson, Invercafrgill police. (See Police Gazette, 1908, pages 372 and 411.)y

Wanganui.— Henry Steele, theft, has been arrested by Detective J. Auckland pol/ce, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 246.) J

Palmerston North. — Fred Rutler, default of main- * tenance, was arrested at Townsville, Queensland, and an / order made on him to pay 10s. a week for the maintenance / of his wife. (See Police Gazette, 1908, pages 363 and 391.) \J

Wellington. Archibald John McNeill, alias Cameron, alias Fenton, &c., false pretences, has been arrested by Hetective A. Cameron and Constable Hodgson, Invercargill police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 372.

Wellington. William Harry Carlson, theft of* coat from William Clements, has been arrested by Constable T. O. Grady, Hastings police, and committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 281. )\J

Wellington.— John George Edward Harris, alias George Mitchell, theft of bicycle, has been arrested by Acting-Detective A. Andrews, Wellington police, and remanded : Bicycle recovered. Wellington. Annie Looney, alias Burke, alias Smith, has been found in Barker Street, Wellington, and , warrant of distress executed on her by Constable A. Lister, / Mount Cook police. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 451.)
