Wolumla (New South Wales). — A warrant has been issued by the Wolumla Bench for the arrest of Daniel Toohey, charged with child desertion. He is about thirtyfive years of age, 5 ft. 8 in. high, medium build, brown curly hair, brown moustache, fair complexion, blue eyes ; dressed well, generally carries an umbrella; an engine-driver on gold-fields ; may assume the name of Michael Joseph Toohey. Complainant, Maud Crummer. (See New South Wales Police Gazette, 1906, page 364.) lie is supposed to have been working at the Ajax Mine, Reefton, but no trace can be obtained of him.
