Waihi. ROSE DEVEfiELL’S watch has been found amongst the effects of J®ffn Herbert McKinn, who died at the Cambridge Sanatorium on the 27th March last, and has been restored to thefownet. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 139.)

Wanganui. —THOMAS JONES’S horse, saddle, and bridle have been found at Aramoho. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 246.)

Kilbirnie. —ERNEST ALBERT KING, ORMOND DORMER, anl J®HN STITT have recovered the tools stolen, and Alexander Swanson (see Police Gazette, 1907, page 215) arrested for the offence by Acting-Detective W. Lewis, Wellington police/ and sentenced to one month. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 218.)
