APPREHENSIONS AND PERSONS FOUND.
Auckland.— lvor Lewis, ah'asjHarry Reynold, alias Harry Evans, alias Morgan, forgery on J. S. Dickson, has been arrested by Detective J. Fahey, Auckand police, and committed for trial. (See Police Gazette, 1905, pages 333 and 313.)
Auckland. —H. Morgan, alias Ivor Lewis, alias Reynolds, alias Evans, false pretences on Assid Michael Sheweiry, has been arrested by Detective J. Fahey, Auckland police, and committed for trial. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 277.)
Pahiatua.— Herbert Olliver, theft from Leonard John Moore, has been arrested by Detective J. J. Castles, Wellington police, and remanded. His correct name is Frank Allwood. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 297.)
Wellington.— Maud Hartnett, ne6 Maney, has returned to her home. (See Police Gazette , 1905, page 279.)
Christchurch. — Joseph Coates, alias Gowland, has been found and served with a summons for the support of his illegitimate child. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 261.) He has since been arrested for theft from the person, and sentenced to two years’ hard labour.
Christchurch. — Herbert Arthur Lawrence, disobeying order : warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 195.)
Kaiapoi. — John Attewell, default of maintenance, has been served with a summons by Constable T. F. Hammond, Pleasant Point police. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 134.)
Invercargill.— John Mathieson, disobeying order of Court for the maintenance of his wife and children, has been arrested by the New South Wales police and extradited. (See Police Gazette, 1902, page 251.)
Hobart. — John Sullivan, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Constable M. Doyle, Te Karaka police. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 152.)
Tasmania. — Mark Munro Rigby, wife-desertion, has been found at Huntly by Constable J. Rock, and induced to provide for the support of his wife. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 299.)
