Assault and Robbery.
Christchurch.— William W. Morton, auctioneer, reports that on the 26th ultimo he was assaulted by two man on the Riccarton Road, and robbed of a gentlemen’s gold openfaced Geneva lever watch, No. 27137, a gold curb chain with small links attached; value, £B. Identifiable. No description can be given of the men.
