Missing Friends.
James Sinclair is inquired for by the Ophir (Otago) police. Description : Scotch, a labourer, about thirty years of age, about sft. llin. high, light complexion, fair hair inclined to red, small fair moustache only, slight build, smart active appearance, little finger crooked at first joint. He left Tapanui about a month ago for Sydney, New South Wales, and, if he returns to this colony, it is requested that his whereabouts may be notified to the Inspector of Police, at Dunedin, so that a summons may be served on him for the maintenance of his illegitimate child.
Thomas McMoran is inquired for by his father, residing at Hillside, Caversham, Dunedin. Description : A rabbiter, fourteen years of age, about sft. high, slender build, fair hair and complexion. He left Blackstone Hill Station in March last, and has not since been heard of. Has a brother working on the Morven Hills Station, Cromwell district. If found, information to be sent to the Inspector of Police, Dunedin.
