T. G. Clegiiorn is charged on warrant with embezzling £IBO from the Foreign and Colonial Bank of Australia, 307, Collins Street, Melbourne, on the 27th ultimo. Description : A native of New Zealand, a clerk, twenty-seven years of age, sft. Bin. high, medium build, very fair complexion and hair, small fair moustache only ; wore dark sac-suit and blackboxer hat. A good pianist, and well known at the Niagara Hotel, Lonsdale Street, and at 6, Napier Street, Fitzroy ; also to two brothers named Dowell, who work at G. P. Dixson’s cordial factory, Roden Street, West Melbourne. Is said to have friends at Temuka, New Zealand, and he may go there.—O. 5299, 20th June, 1890.
