Samuel Edwards is charged on warrant with deserting from Her Majesty’s ship “Egeria,” at Auckland, on the 6th

December last. Description : A native of Wrexham, Denbigh, Wales, an ordinary-seaman, twenty-one years of age, nearly 6ft. 3in. high, ruddy complexion, no whiskers or moustache, hough lightish-red hair, blue eyes, very large hands and feet, has an overgrown appearance and a little stoop. David Smith is charged with deserting from Her Majesty’s ship “ Lizard,” at Milford Sound, on the 27th ultimo. Description: Scotch, an ordinary-seaman, eighteen years and four months old, sft. 6in. high, fair complexion, brown hair and eyes, ring and anchor tattooed on left hand. A reward of £3 is offered for his arrest, in addition to £5 reward offered by the Colonial Government.
