Property Found.
An owner is required for a pair of gold folding ej’e-glasses, supposed to have been stolen, which were found on the 29th July last, at New Plymouth, in possession of James Haira, alias Hemi Haira, alias Ilori, who is now in New Plymouth Gaol awaiting trial for larceny and obtaining money by false pretences. Description : A Maori, about twenty-five years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, stout build, black moustache and side whiskers, smart intelligent appearance; well educated, and speaks English fluently.
