Newcastle. —A warrant has been issued by the Newcastle Bench for the arrest of Henry Vincent, charged with stealing a cheque for £sl 14s. 4d. (recovered), the property of William Lowry Morpeth, on the 6th instant. Offender is twenty years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, dark hair, large nose, long features, very peculiar countenance, a Jew. Supposed to have gone to Melbourne, where his mother resides, or to New Zealand, where it is said he has a brother, a cigar manufacturer.
