James Walmsley is charged, on warrant issued by the Dunedin Bench, with deserting his wife, at Dunedin, on the 14th ultimo. Description : English, a plasterer, about thirty years of age, about 6 feet high, sight, build, rather fair complexion, short fair beard, whiskers, and moustache, impediment in speech. He was at Lyttelton on the 16th ultimo, supposed with the intention of going to Sydney by the steamer “ YVakatipu.”
