Escaped Prisoner.
William Clarke is charged on warrant, issued by the Auckland Bench, with having escaped from the custody of Bailiff Henry Richards, in the Auckland District. Date or exact place, not given. Description: About twenty-eight years of age, 6 feet 9 inches high, stout build, dai’k liair and eyes, thick black moustache. He was arrested on a judgment warrant in a civil case.
