OPERA HOUSE.

There was an overflow house on Monday night at the favourite vaudeville Fuller home, and patrons were well satisfied with the bill-of-fare. New talent was forthcoming in the Montrose Trio, two men and a girl, who made a happy entrance in song and step-dance, and followed it up with a Scotch interlude backed up by bagpipes and kilts. At the conclusion of their offering the- audience plainly showed they were in high favour. Mr. J. Wallingford Tate was another fresh arrival who made good instantaneously with his musical monologues and chatty. way of appealing to those in front. An amusing ditty, “Gladys,” preceded a humorous dissertation on the different brands of “Love,” and the singer left the stage after making an excellent impression. Those neat and natty balancers, Davis and Lee, won prolonged applause for their star act, which from entrance to exit is marked by original features. Sydney Clarke’s violin selections and gyrations made an acceptable change, and Campbell and Mayo in thejr potpourri of song, dance, and plate spinning wound up the first section. Paul Stanhope’s Revue Company had the second half of the entertainment to themselves in the musical medley “Tumble Inn,” in which Mr. Stanhope bore the burden of the comedy, and convulsed the house with laughter at his prowess in the boxing ring. Of the musical numbers Miss Ethel Bennetto was refreshingly piquant in “Make a Fuss Over Me,” and was a dainty figure all through the piece. Miss Maud Miles sang pleasingly “Princess of the Willow,” and made a hit with Mr. Charles Lawrence in “Wild Thyme.” ' Miss Helen Le Cain, Mr. Ernest Pitcher, Mr. Mark Erickson, and Mr. Bert Morrison kept the fun going steadily, and the Ginger Girls, under Miss Eileen Moloney,

made the ballets stand out attractively. The Grafters’' Quartette (Messrs. Lawrence,. Morrison, Hart and Neilsen) had to take a triple encore for their efforts. “Zig-Zag” is the title of next week’s revue.
