All Handicaps will be started on a minimum of Bst. Any winner during the day is liable to be re-handicapped. Accommodation for ponies and attendants can be arranged for. No pony allowed to start whose nomination fees are unpaid. This meeting will be run under the rules, regulations, and by-laws of the Wellington Pony and Galloway Racing Club.
