THE WANGANUI J.C. WINTER MEETING.
The nominations received for the Wanganui Jockey Club’s winter meeting, although they do not constitute a record, are nevertheless very large, and must prove entirely satisfactory to the committee. The authentic list will be found in another column. Handicaps for the first day’s events and the Century Hurdles are due to see the light on Friday, May 9, and acceptances must be made to Mr. William Hall, the secretary, by May 15.
